Step 1: Demo and remove all failing flooring
Step 2: Patch flooring using epoxy gel paste
Step 3: Diamond grind the entire floor to create a profile to meet the manufacturer's specifications
Step 4: Apply high solids epoxy floor coating
Step 5: Reapply epoxy flooring coating, to include aluminum oxide for a nonslip flooring system
The client had closed on the space shortly before needing to leave the previous location so the timeline was condensed into a two-day turnaround requiring multiple shifts of manpower to stay on task.
Knowing we had only two days to complete the project allowing enough time for new epoxy flooring system to cure. We manned the project with two grinding units and worked double shifts to meet the client's needs. The client was very impressed and relieved to have one less concern related to their moving to this new facility from the prior location.
