General Polymers Bio-Flake Decorative Flooring System is a low odor, 3/16″ slurry, designed to provide a functional yet aesthetic floor system for pharmaceutical, research and biotech applications. The system combines a fast curing , moisture insensitive, three-component base material with a mosaic broadcast, sealed with a high gloss, UV stable, clear top coat. Bio-Flake Decorative Flooring System is applied with a screed rake or flat trowel over a properly prepared concrete substrate or as an overlay to existing well bonded resinous floors.

General Polymers FasTop 12SL self leveling slurry system is a self-leveling slurry to be applied at 1/16” smooth finish or broadcast with aggregate to yield 1/8” with a non-skid finish, FasTop 12SL can be applied with a 3/8” notched squeegee or notched trowel, or screed rake. FasTop 12SL is designed for light to moderate traffic and abuse, while still providing the many benefits of a urethane concrete system. For heavier abuse or traffic see other FasTop 12 Systems. It is designed to protect concrete and steel substrates from thermal shock, impact, corrosion, and chemical attack.

General Polymers FasTop S urethane slurry system is a self-leveling slurry to be applied at 3/16” thickness and broadcast to yield a 1/4” – 3/8” finished system. FasTop S can be applied with a pin rake, screed rake or flat trowel. It is designed to protect concrete, wood and steel substrates from thermal shock, impact, corrosion, chemical attack and abrasion. A decorative quartz broadcast may be specified as FasTop S-U1 an upgrade to the standard system.

General Polymers FasTop M urethane mortar system is a low odor, troweled applied mortar installed at 1/4” – 3/8” thickness. Under normal conditions, FasTop M is hand troweled onto the substrate without the use of a primer or topcoat. FasTop M is designed for conditions requiring rapid installation and protection of the concrete, wood or steel substrate from thermal shock, impact, corrosion, mild chemical attack and abrasion. FasTop M is textured and provides some skid inhibitance under most wet process conditions, and will remain so throughout the life of the floor. FasTop M can be used on new concrete, or to restore rough or badly damaged floor surfaces that have been exposed to years of contamination. FasTop M is extremely durable, and in most cases, has physical characteristics which are approximately double that of concrete.

MACROPOXY 646-100 FAST CURE EPOXY is a high solids, less than 100 g/L VOC, high build, fast drying, polyamide epoxy designed to protect steel and concrete in industrial exposures. Ideal for maintenance painting and fabrication shop applications. The high solids content ensures adequate protection of sharp edges, corners, and welds. This product can be applied directly to marginally prepared steel surfaces.

General Polymers 3555 Epo-Flex HD Epoxy Coating  is a high solids, chemical resistant, elastomeric epoxy which combines the toughness, adhesion, and durability of epoxies with the flexibility common to polyurethane elastomers. Flexibility is achieved without the use of plasticizers or other additives which migrate from a material as it ages. GP3555  is self-leveling and may be used with fiberglass reinforcement to enhance system properties, or as a waterproofing membrane.

General Polymers 3569 Multi-Purpose Epoxy is a high solids, multi-purpose epoxy resin formulated to function as a primer, binder for aggregate or as a topcoat. Available in clear or pigmented this versatile resin allows for one product functionality in aggregate filled or coating applications where high chemical and UV resistance are not requirements

General Polymers 3579 Standard Epoxy Primer/Binder is a high solids, clear or pigmented epoxy primer and binder resin. GP3579 is available in clear, red, white and gray, has good blush resistance and is low in viscosity to promote penetration of the concrete substrate and excellent wetting of mortar aggregate.

General Polymers 3477 Epoxy Water Emulsion Primer/Sealer  is an economical sealer for concrete that will outperform water-based acrylic or acrylic/urethane sealers (chemical resistance and wear). Its low viscosity allows GP3477 to flow smoothly, making it easy to spread. GP3477 is suitable for applications as a primer on damp concrete, providing excellent adhesion of polyurethane and epoxy topcoats.
